AD99 Solutions founder Aaron Donald is a five-time Pro Bowl selection, four-time All-Pro selection, three-time Defensive Player of the Year, and current defensive tackle for the Los Angeles Rams. Far away from the bright lights of football's biggest stage, Aaron's roots run deep in Pittsburgh. Born and raised there, he was a stand-out athlete at Penn Hills High School. He was selected first-team All-State Class AAAA in each of his final two seasons. Considered a three-star prospect by Rivals.com, Aaron was rated the 37th best defensive tackle in the nation. Choosing to stay close to home, Aaron went on to play football at the University of Pittsburgh. At Pitt, he added to his impressive list of accolades. He was named an All-Big East selection and 2013 recipient of the NCAA's Outland Trophy for top interior linemen. He was also a 2013 Lombardi Award recipient and a 2013 Bronko Nagurski Trophy recipient and was recognized as a unanimous All-American. In 2019, Aaron added philanthropist to his already impressive resume after providing a donation to the University of Pittsburgh Athletics Department. His gift will help with facility improvement, recruiting, technology, and student-athlete development. Wanting to impact lives earlier and with more lasting results, Aaron also launched AD99 Solutions. erica donald, interim chairperson
Erica Donald is currently the Vice President of Athlete Partnerships for game1. Erica finished her fourth season with the Los Angeles Rams after the 2020 season. She was responsible for planning and executing community events related to NFL and team initiatives and getting current Rams players involved in the community. Erica coordinated game day community organization programs and player appearances related to the club's community platform and sponsorship/marketing initiatives. She was also responsible for hiring and managing community affairs training camp and game day interns.
Before joining the Rams corporate communications department, Erica worked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the Glazer Family Foundation assistant during the 2013 and 2014 seasons. Originally, Erica served as a training camp intern with the Rams communications department in 2012. She also worked at Super Bowl XLVI and XVLII.
Erica has a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in business administration. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband.

Tim Murdoch, Interim Secretary
Pittsburgh native Tim Murdoch is the Regional Manager for elizur, a musculoskeletal solutions provider focused on orthopedic products, prosthetics, and innovative telehealth services.
Tim brings many years of leadership experience within the region and a wealth of experience working with the local youth population. He is passionate about building bridges for Pittsburgh-area youth and hopes to connect them to opportunities they may not have thought possible. Tim currently volunteers with several local organizations—Family House, FAME Fund, Arthritis Foundation, ACHE of Western PA, and Sewickley Presbyterian Church.
Tim holds a bachelor's degree in Sports Management/Business from Ohio University. He is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh's Leadership Development Initiative Program. Tim currently lives in Sewickley with his wife and three children.

BRIAN ROSSI, TREASURER
Brian Rossi is the Director of Digital Management at PPG Industries, Inc. He’s also an entrepreneur and cofounder of Preps.com, a college athletic recruiting site.
For AD99 Solutions, Brian brings a wealth of business and technology acumen. He serves on a handful of Pittsburgh-area advisory boards across media and education. On occasion, Brian speaks about product management and the media industry's future to graduate-level classes and at conferences.
Brian has a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Brian currently lives in Pittsburgh.

Rahmon is a Pittsburgh native and a proud alumnus of Pittsburgh Public Schools. He was an NCAA DII football player at Slippery Rock University. He is currently the Director of Community Relations at Rivers Casino and Founder of Hart of the Game Consulting, LLC.
Rahmon has more than 20 years of experience helping hundreds of students and families reach their academic and personal goals. He has developed and coordinated pre-college programs, freshman transition programs, retention programs, and other initiatives that have supported students through graduation from college.
Throughout his career in higher education, he has worked as academic advisor, student affairs administrator, and adjunct professor at Slippery Rock University, Illinois State University, Case Western Reserve University, Carnegie Mellon University, and Duquesne University. Rahmon holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiotherapy and a master's degree in College Administration from Slippery Rock University. He obtained his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Duquesne University. Rahmon is a father of four and resides in Pittsburgh with his wife.

Derrick is an Associate at Jackson Kelly PLLC. He practices in the Business Law, Intellectual Property & Licensing, and Tech & Data practice groups, focusing primarily on technology, data privacy, corporate compliance, corporate consultation, and sports and entertainment. Derrick publishes and speaks at conferences and events on data privacy and technology. He cofounded the Tech Legal Clinic and the Pittsburgh Tech & Data Summit.
Derrick also helps lead Jackson Kelly's efforts in diversity and inclusion, creating and organizing the firm's "In My Shoes" speaker series, which explores diversity in the workplace and leading in the conception and administration of the firm's pro bono clinic for black businesses and entrepreneurs. Derrick is a recent graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law with a bachelor's degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Derrick resides in Pittsburgh.

Clarissa is a senior leader at the Carnegie Museum of Art (CMOA) in Pittsburgh. A Los Angeles native, Clarissa moved to Pittsburgh in 2019 to oversee CMOA's art collection and exhibition program as the museum's first Director of Collections & Exhibitions Management.
Clarissa brings over 10 years of experience in nonprofit management, having served in several different leadership positions across major arts and higher education institutions, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and Stanford University. Clarissa has bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Art History from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a minor in Statistics. Clarissa currently lives in Pittsburgh with her fiancée.

Akita is responsible for all day-to-day operations and brings to AD99 Solutions 13 years of experience building teams and content-rich programs. She is President of AD99 Apparel and is a psychotherapist. Akita owned and operated a private practice, AD Counseling Services. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Youth Opportunities Development (YOD) and Penn Hills Youth Football and Cheer Association (PHYFCA). After years of working inside the prison system providing mental health services to inmates, she is passionate about intercepting the school-to-prison pipeline.
Akita has a bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology and a master's degree in Professional Counseling with a specialization in trauma from Carlow University. She also holds an alcohol and drug certification (CAADC). Akita resides in Pittsburgh with her children.

As controller, Elan monitors and communicates to the board about the AD99 Solutions organization's overall financial health.
Prior to assuming this role, Elan led financial, marketing, and sales operations for multiple restaurants and nightclubs. She is an accomplished artist and has sold several oil paintings.
Elan has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. While at the university, Elan ran track and field. She holds an Accounting and CPA Certificate from Owens Community College. Elan enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and three children.

A Pittsburgh native and former NFL linebacker, Archie serves as the key community ambassador and represents AD99 Solutions at community events. For the past 6 years, he has managed and owned several successful businesses. His business savvy, versatility, and personal and professional network are all attributes that will ensure the organization's growth.
Archie has a bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo. While a linebacker at the university, he earned several accolades, including the first player to lead in tackles for three consecutive years. Archie still has a passion for football and enjoys watching games and spending time with his family.

She's a frequent guest on radio and TV. Frances is also a nationally recognized speaker. In 2014, she was a featured guest on CNN's Live with Piers Morgan. Frances is a 2016 recipient of the Alexandria (VA) Chamber of Commerce's 40 Under 40 award. Born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Frances currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia.

As Program Coordinator, Clarence is responsible for operations and implementation of the Prep Forward program.
Clarence is an inner-city Pittsburgh native who graduated from Pittsburgh Langley High School. Clarence obtained a bachelor's degree in Criminology with a minor in Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). He returned to IUP to continue his education, graduating with a master's in Criminology, focusing on preventive and mitigation efforts to improve juvenile racial achievement gaps.
Prior to joining AD99 Solutions, Clarence worked for multiple organizations focused on youth development and has years of experience working with youth on an array of services and needs.
