AD99 Solutions is now accepting applications for admission into Cohort III. The deadline to apply is July 12, 2021. Services to start on September 4, 2021.

Please note, this application will be kept confidential and on file at the AD99 Solutions office. Applications are used by the AD99 Solutions to identify and evaluate cohort candidates.
STUDENT AND FAMILY REQUIREMENTS
Students must meet the following criteria to be considered for our program:
Applicant and guardian must complete the application
Applicant must reside within Allegheny County
Applicant must be a current student-athlete in good standing, in grades 9 to 12
Applicant must be male
Applicant must commit to attending 75% of the monthly team meetings and events
Applicant must be willing to volunteer in the community
Guardian must be willing to sign a photography release allowing AD99 Solutions to use all images and videos containing the minor
The application process includes applicant and guardian(s) meeting in person with our Executive Director and Program Coordinator to ensure each applicant and their family are committed to the AD99 Solutions curriculum and principles.
AD99 Solutions believes strongly in the long-term growth and development of each student. As a result, selected students are part of the AD99 Solution's scholarship program from the school year they’re admitted to the cohort until they graduate high school.
