AD99 Solutions is excited to invite high school student-athletes to an interactive education session focused on the essentials of brand building and understanding Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). As NIL opportunities continue to shape student-athlete’s futures, young athletes and their families must have the knowledge and strategies to navigate this evolving landscape.

Session Highlights:

• Brand Building Basics: Learn the fundamentals of building a personal brand, including how to present yourself online, manage your reputation, and leverage social media to enhance your visibility and marketability.
• Understanding NIL: Get an in-depth look at what NIL means, why it matters, and how student-athletes can legally and effectively monetize their name, image, and likeness.
• Practical Strategies: This session will provide you with immediately applicable and actionable tips on creating a brand that stands out, attracts opportunities, and aligns with your values and goals as a student and an athlete.
• Parental Guidance: Students will bring home insights for parents on how to support their children through the NIL process, understand the legalities, and ensure that their student-athletes are making informed decisions.

About the Facilitator: 

Frances Reimers is the founder and CEO of Firestarter, a Virginia-based branding firm specializing in marketing, public relations, and event services for athletes at all levels. For over five years, Frances has played a crucial role as the Marketing and Communications Consultant for AD99 Solutions, where she focuses on expanding the nonprofit’s viability and reach.
